I have a sheet metal part with seven configurations.

I created it with a Lofted-Bend.

In six of the configurations the Lofted-Bend solved correctly with the thickness offsetting inwards, however in one configuration (1 INCH) it offsets outward.

If I edit the feature to offset inward then the other six configs offset outwards.

I can probably go in to the design table and adjust the sketch to suit the reversed offset, but I don't think that should be the answer.

I just tried my workaround, however when i adjusted the sketch via the design table, it then offset in the correct direction, resulting in incorrect model.

I adjusted the dimension back to original and it offset the wrong way again.
