Hi,

I have a part with multiple configurations (12 configurations), and all of them represent the same physical part. The only reason for the configurations is to display different QR code labels.

In my assembly BOM (Parts Only), I would like this part to appear as a single line item with the total quantity summed across all configurations.

I know that enabling Parts Configuration Grouping in the BOM groups all configurations in the entire BOM, but I only want this behavior for this specific part. Other parts with multiple configurations should continue to be listed separately.

Is there a way in SolidWorks to group configurations into a single BOM item for only one specific part, without affecting the rest of the BOM?
