Older ver. of SW tries to open while newer ver. is running overnight

Hi all,

I've tried on a few occasions now to do some overnight rendering of motion studies (using SW 2011) but right around midnight my older version of SW (08) launches on its own and brings my workstation and the rendering job to a standstill.

At the end of my work day, I start the rendering job (using SW 2011), in the morning when I check the work, there are multiple "swVBAServer" error dialog box messages, 08 is up and trying to run and 11 has ground to a halt but all 8 cores are still running at 100%.

System:
Dell T7400
2 (co-processors) Intel Xeon 3GHz X5472's
16 GB Ram
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700
Vista 64 bit

Solidworks multi-version backgond:
SW 2011 Premium (SP2) works perfectly.
SW 2008 Premium (SP4) also works but has a hitch on wake up, it gives an "swVBAServer has stopped working" error message
when 08 is started.  When I click "Close Program", the dialog box closes and 08 continues to work without any issues.

I've looked through the knowledge base on swVBAServer issues and have verified that both .dll files exist and are in a properly named and located folder.  I've also run the MS Office repair tool, per one of the advisories.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why 08 is launching on its own and always around midnight?

Thanks, DC
