Not too sure if this is an EPDM problem/question but I thought Id give it a bash and see what happens.. A couple of old projects have copied and modified parts in them. This part is copied modified and then saved. If a user opens the the assembly Solidworks assums that the part is part of the toolbox and tries to import/replace the parts in question. If the user opens the modified part prior to opening the assembly then Solidworks assigns the correct "none toolbox" part to the assembly. Ideally we dont want to remodel the assembly parts as within some models there are numerous parts which would take an age.

Is anyone familiar with this?
