Hi Folks,

We're still running 2014 from a while ago and now with only only 1 user lic and a new user.

I have 3 user accounts in my old 2014 Workgroup PDM when I login as pdmwadmin

everything is happy and normal and all three user's accounts are there.

They all have the same access and are all in the "solidworks users" group and the "managers" group.

If we go to the old users workstation and login as her you can get to all her projects and run and open

them, if we login on a different station as the new user he can see all the same projects but its grey'ed out.

Any idea why?  I'd ask Hawkridge but we're tight on funds and don't have support anymore .....
