So every time I open a step file this block come into my file, I can open any step file in solidworks and it shows up, I open a step file in any other cad system here that block is not there how can this even be possible

this is very scary how can it import something that is not suppose to be there. It is not from the customer never seen this before in my life. So how can this happen? how do I stop this from every happening again we deal with a lot of customer data and I don't see how it adds a block in a step file from a customer no matter what customer no matter what step file that block comes in. this is bad very bad makes me not trust solidworks at all.
