For making a part on sinker edm and must have surfaces of electrode offset by .010" for orbiting on sinker.

is there an easy way to offset everything by .010"? 

we make the electrode by using mold command and that has a percentage for plastic shrinkage but not a straight up amount like .010"

just hoping to not manually have to outset every surface
