hi Guys i m new to the forum,

there is a question regards to design binder.

by default there is as Design Journal.doc when ever we open up the solidworks files (part/Assembly).

i m trying to make use the templates to enable custom forms to be link to the Model's custom properties.

been playing around the Design Journal file and notice that only by editing the Original Journal.doc, the Fields can auto update when ever the model's properties is change in solidworks.

But those additional attached *.doc file wont have the inserted fields updated according to the changes made on the model.

was wondering is there any method to run such task?
