This one is unusual. There is a co-worker who uses Win7, and runs into a problem whenever he tries to animate an exploded assembly. This toolbar/window is no-where to be seen;

We can use Alt-F4 to force close the hidden toolbar/animation controller window, but that's it.

So the question is, in Win7 how can you reveal hidden windows that are probably off-screen? And are actually sub-windows of another program? And do the same in Win10 as well?
