I am working my way through a series of bends to a 75x50 RHS member and have come across a perculiar result with the final bend.  I have rebuilt the design numerous times to no evail and was wondering if someone may know the reason for the odd result.  Ostensibly, the final bend should result in the residual portion of the RHS to be perpendicular to the sarting portion.
