Hello!

I'm trying to do a fillet operation between two merged lofts that results in something that looks like this (shown by red arrows) (this is a 3D scanned file):

As you can see in the next picture, the fillet ends up becoming a flat service so that the profile of the face is flat on the top and bottom:

This is my reverse engineered version, where you can see the join between the two lofts which needs filleting:

And in the next picture, you can see that the profile of the face is not flat on the top and bottom:

How should I go about getting the fillet so that it matches the one in the 3D scanned model?

I've attached the part file so you can have a play around if needs be.
