Hi,

I am doing one motion study with one linear motor and one ball impact with one plate. The plate is driven by the linear motor.

When it is low frequency,like 50 Hz, for 5 second, 1200 frame per seconds, it works well.

However, when I use higher frequency, like 5000 Hz, I prefer to have higher frame per seconds, at least 12 times bigger than the frequency. For short time, for example, 0.5 second, it works. However, when I setting the same for 5 second, it will be become "not responding "after some calculation. I checked memory, it does not change, so I think it is really not responding. How should I solve this problem  to obtain long time results for high frequency movement with contact ?
