I created an e-drawing of an assembly with one motion study. During the creation all parts move correctly and most distance limit mates react as expected.  On playback, one distance limit is not recognized when it gets to zero distance and the passes right through the collision point and the parts occupy the same space.

Is this common? Did I expect too much?
