I simply create a folder in EPDM, then try to move an existing folder into it. The message below is what I get. It will not let me move these folders. FYI the folders I am trying to move are empty and I am logged in as an admin.

What does this mean, and why cant I move an empty folder. I am an admin with all of the power.
