Shear thickening does not seem to work.  I first tried the power law with an index over 1 and there was no aperent change in dynamic viscosity.  I then built a shear/viscosity table and the dynamic viscosity seemed to track small variations in the temperature.  Any ideas?  Anyone have any success with shear thickening fluid properties?
