When I insert a BOM table into a drawing, and highlight cells, let's say, to change a column from center justified to left justified, the text editor toolbar that typically pops up is nowhere to be found.  "Use template settings" is checked, and we have good templates set up.  My administrator can open the same drawing, and the toolbar pops up for him, so I think I need to be looking for a local setting.  Little help?  Thanks in advance!+
