Hi all,

I'm working on a big project, and due to experimental nature of it, I didn't know how to name parts and sub-assemblies until it was finished. Now I need to rename a lot of parts, but I need to see them in order to know what is what. I did a bit of research that Solidworks Explorer does this best, as it can retain references while parts and sub-assemblies are renamed.

However, preview doesn't work well. It shows for some parts and sub-assemblies, but for the others, it shows blank white space, or general icon.

I'm not sure what's wrong here. I already tried regsvr32 trick, and it didn't help.

In general assembly of my project, all parts are shown correctly, everything is rebuilt, saved, files not corrupt, there are no missing references or anything that could break the preview.

Please help.
