We just upgraded from SW2009 to SW2010 sp4. I am the admin on the client side and a couple of my users report they are not getting the log in screen on starting SolidWorks. They have to let SolidWorks start then get it to the vault from the tab on File Explorer. They do have both boxes checked on the Tools-Add-ins menu.
Most of my users are not having a problem and logging in as always at the startup. I've looked everywhere I can think of for an option that controls this with no luck. Does anyone know what controls whether or not you get a vault login screen on SolidWorks start up?
