Sorry about the lack of detail, I am supporting a client who has about 8 printers but only 2 show up when right-clicking and choosing "Print File".  The two which show up are both HP printers.  One is local and one is using the special HP network port.

Other printers over the network or via TCP/IP port do not appear in the printers dropdown.

Any ideas?
