the tabs showing features, sketch,etc have disappeared off the user interface.

Likely i somehow double clicked and dragged when i should not have.

Under tools , customize I have checked enable command manager but i cannot get the tabs to reshow. I can get the various toolbars to show up, but not the tabs.
