New Windows User Fixes Sluggish Save Issue with Solidworks

My company has been having problems with increased save times.  We have been doing some investigating and have found that a fresh windows user profile fixes this issue and we aren't sure why.  Saving the same assembly, and old user account takes 1 min 10 seconds and a new user account takes 13 sec.

I have looked at all the temp file locations, deleted all the temp folders that is recommended by Solidworks Rx and the app data temp data.  This worked on one of 4 old accounts to bring save time down to 13 secs.  However all the others, done the same way, didnt work.  I then made them all new accounts and deleted thier old accounts and it worked.

I would prefer to just to some kind of account cleaner instead of a account remake.  Does anyone have any insight as to what files need to be deleted to do this?
