Hello all

I'm getting ready to take my first classes on S.W. But I'm not sure what minimum computer requirements I should purchase ? I don't want to go over kill since I'm a beginner. But I don't want to go under powered either.

Also what are some other good forums to access for S.W.  beginning users like my self for other point of view ?
