Good morning,

I've recently started at a new company which uses the SOLIDWORKS vault, something which is completely new to me. Previously I have managed my drawings with use of a current and archive folder for all design components. I've also manually been updating the revisions, for example my part would be called MD1234[01]. new revision would be MD1234[02].

I am the only designer working here, is the vault worth my time or am I better reverting to my well-known and simple system?
