New to mechanical design: Help with an angled extrude

Hi, I'm a chemical engineering student using solidworks todesign a testing assembly for a research project.

I've gone through all the tutorials and have learned a lot andhaven't had any trouble so far. I have recently hit a roadblockbuilding one part. Here is the break down of the part:

Circular rod 2.25" in length and 0.0625" in diameter. At front faceof the rod is a tapped hole for a small set screw, the tapped holegoes in 0.125". I have built the part up to this point no problem.

What I want to do now is cut a circle through the circular facesuch that it intersects with the tapped hole. Another part will beinserted into this hole and fastened using the set screw. I havehad no trouble doing this with a through hole that is normal to thetop surface, but I need it at a 45o angle to the top surface. Ihave no idea how to do this and have found no indication how to.

Here is a link to a similar part I'm trying to model:http://probestations.com/images/us_style_pth.gif

Any ideas?
