Hi all,

I'm new to using solidworks for flow simulation and am hoping it can do what we want.

Is it possible to measure the force required to tow an underwater vehicle (from the tow point) in a certain configuration?

ie, if we have an assembly  can we calculate the force required to tow it through the water? Then we would change to position of the dive planes etc and figure out how this affects the drag.

Any tips, or tutorial examples would be great!
