Every time I attempt to open a new Part / Assembly / Drawing document, I get a "Some Templates are not present" message.

And when ever I attempt to open a new Drawing document, I get the same message again and then the "Sheet Format / Size" window never opens.

Any body know how to fix these two issues ?
