When I start a new drawing, my first page is perfect.  It has the proper template (drwdot) and format (slddrt).  It also has and editable textbox and general table the are used on every page of every drawing.  Actually, this particular layout is for work instructions.

The problem is, the table and textbox do not show up when I add sheets.  If I put them on the format, then they are not editable.

How do I get new sheets to have the table and textbox without manually adding them every time?
