We are just getting 2019 up and running and one of my colleagues is having issues. Because our IT did not have the Network license installed on the network yet we chose to install 2019 as a complete install without uninstalling 2018. Last night the network license was installed and 2019 is working for everyone but one guy. He keeps getting the error "Could not load SW DLL: sldsearchu.dll." as shown below. What are the likely causes of this? Now that we do have 2019 up and running I have him doing a complete uninstall and reinstall from a document I picked up either here or from a VAR. If that does not solve the problem where should I look?
