Brand new computer and new free eDrawings 2019 install. User opens the files, but when they try to pan or rotate nothing happens. Seems that functionality for the part/model that is open freezes, but not the entire program. User can still use program functions that are available when eDrawings is open such as menus, when no model has been opened, but nothing related to the model open.
