Hello,

I'm about due for a new computer, and I'm hoping some of you hardware experts will have time to take a look.  I've attached the specs that our IT people put together for someone else her recently.  I'm considering asking them to give me the same set-up, but with the solid state drive.  I'm told that it will be quite a bit faster, but won't hold as much.  All of my work is on our network so that shouldn't be a problem.  Also, is the FirePro video card okay, or should I ask them to switch it out for an Nvidia?  I have an Nvidia now and I've had good luck with it.  And if I should change anything else I'd welcome suggestions.

I don't do any rendering or simulation, just parts, assemblies, and drawings, although occasionally I have a drawing that will run into two or three dozen pages.
