Network Speed vs Solidworks Speed

I am in the process of trying to improve our Solidworks assembly opening and closing times.  We wait around a minute to open some of our SW drawings because of the size of the assembly.  EPDM is a crazy cost just to increase the opening/closing times.  So this is what I have found out.  We have gigabit connections so theoretically we should get around 125MBps.  With a network test I get around 75MBps.  Which is not to bad.  But with a network monitor running and I open a huge assembly at best I get 10MBps.

Does anybody have any insight into why SW does not use all the bandwidth avaliable?  Or even close?  If I could get closer to the 75MBps our drawings would open so much faster.
