This may be a piece of cake for some of the heavy duty users, but this is kicking me to the curb.

I have attached a part file that I am needing to run an edge reinforcement around the end.

Naturally, it won't be the end with the straight cut, but the upper end of the part.

The reinforcement will be .500 dia. round bar, tangent to the outside edge of the part.

Could someone point me in the right direction for making this part?
