I have a customer that sent a solidworks file over for me to make out of some 1/8" 6061 alum.  The problem is I cannot get this part to convert into a sheetmetal from the customer supplied model.  I tried several different ways, even saving as step and iges files and importing and adding bends.  I have all but given up, my next step is to recreate the model from scratch....I have attached the customer supplied model...anyone have any suggestions.
