Ive made a suction cup like model and need to simlate what happens when it is compressed, in order to find out the negative pressure created within the cavity, and then how air and water flow out the other end via the one way valves. But I have no idea where to begin, i've made the model in solidworks but sure whether this can all be done within the flow simulation in solidworks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
