Hi Everyone,

I am fairly new to SolidWorks and I'm having trouble creating a surface to fit around a frame. I have sketched some guidelines but I have no idea how to fill in the gaps. I want a thickness of 2mm all around. I am working in SolidWorks 2015, 64 bit.

I have attached the part files and a couple of pictures. The goal is to create a smooth surface around the frame and following the guidelines in the Shell V2-11-30 file. Any insight is appreciated.
