The manufacturing process is simple:
*Take a flat blank and roll it into a cylinder.
*Using a die, swage the cylinder by pressing one side of it into the die. (I can do the necessary operations separately in solidworks, but not together. I would like to do this in sheet metal so I can use the cut out blank for the 2D drawing.)
The above image is with the shoulder rolled with @ R.25.
and this is the rolled cylinder (4.750 ID) I am drawing a blank on how to do this. If I need to upload the .sldprt blank, just let me know.
