i created a wireframe of a car chassis in pro-e for the purpose of analysis in ansys

but now i want to turn that 3d wireframe to solid structure with the pipe diameter of 25.4mm and thickness of 3mm

so i exported that model to iges and opened it into solidworks.

is there any way to turn the whole wireframe model to solid model?

We use solidworks in college.
