I must be loosing my mind.  I need a tolerance to display as:

+0.000

-0.010

I have bilateral checked, but when I put 0 in for the + tolerance I get a balloon telling me:  "Please enter a number greater than or equal to 0.000000394 and less than or equal to 393700.78740157"

What have I done?  Why can I not get the tolerance to show the way it should?
