I have Name Feature On Creation option checked in System Options/FeatureManager.

It works perfect when I'm editing a part.

But when in an assembly I use Insert Components and edit the part in context of the assembly this option doesn't work.

Is it what it should be? or am I missing something?

Any kind of help is much appreciated.
