SolidWorks 2014 Premium

Created a base view, made a section view through the part, accepted the default hatching pattern in the section view, created additional views (sections, detail, etc.)

In all my other views, I can click on the hatching pattern and change the pattern to what I want, but when I try and click on the first section view I created, the hatching PropertyManager will not open and I can not change the hatching pattern.

This doesn't seem right. What am I missing?
