I have followed the tutorials word-for-word and do not get the same results as the tutorials?  I double checked units so that's not it.

How do I change all units to default to English(IPS)?

Tutorial entitled, "Static Analysis Using a Mixed Mesh", Defining Local Contact talks about, "Make sure that the global contact condition is set to Bonded", but does not tell you how?

Any help is greatly appreciated.  SolidWorks needs to do a better job with the tutorials.  Every word in BOLD should be a link that tells how to do whatever you're trying to do, not assume you can figure it out?!
