SW 2006 SP4

I have a model like the Flag for instance with 50 stars etc.

I don't want to have to pick every single edge of every star to convert there edges so

I can have a sketch th do an Extrude Cut feature.

I Tried the window method and it gave me a Redudent edges error

(It also gives me this error when I select only one star)

I Tried Create parting line, and it errored out on multiple edges or redundent .

I could import this into My CAM package and chain the Edge curves I generated on import

And do an Extrude cut there but I am trying to do all my modeling

In SW to justify an upgrade to SW 2011.

It here an easy way to get  a lot of tiny edge curves in a sketch

With out holding ctrl down and picking each edge?
