Anyone have any good examples of how to best display multiple revsion symbols for the same dimension?

Would you just use the latest revsion number?  or would you put both numbers within the same revsion block?  Or would you just place 2 symbols by the dimension?

I cant seem to find any examples of what is a good standard for going about this.
