I have an assembly comprised of multiple parts and several instances of (1) sub-assembly.

Within the sub-assembly is a part with multiple configurations.

I am trying to use multiple configurations of the part/sub-assembly in the top level assembly.

But every time I select a configuration, it changes all instances of the sub assembly.

I THINK I should be able to have multiple configurations within a single assembly.... no?

Or do I need to create configurations of the sub-assembly, based on the part configurations?

And help is greatly appreciated.
