Is it possible to move the part in assembly even when the part is fully defined.

In my case, i have placed one part in assembly and fully defined. In later stage, i found it is conflicting with other. i want to just move that part in one particular direction by 100mm just for checking purpose. As it is fully defined, when i clicking move command, it is not responding. i don't want to go to edit mates. Just i want to move it and after rebuild, it should come to original position. Is it possible with move with triad or any option available.
