I'm going mad!

I'm trying to link a note in the drawing to the bounding box thickness of a part. The only way i can get it to show up is by attaching a note to the view and select the relevant link, but then the note, obviously moves.

Is there a way to either:
A) attach a not to a view so it shows this information, then lock the note in place
B) Show the bounding box information in this drawing (i should add, its a stock part)
