This is a part Rant part question really.

My question, is there anyway of speeding up the movement and manipulation of a large sketch in a part? By large i mean when i import a dwg or dxf drawing from a customer into a part sketch and then try and move the drawing its painfully slow. Even if i heavily modify the drawing in autocad like exploding, purging and deleting any overly detailed parts like patterns. Also it seems to grey out the auto-solve in sketch settings which is odd.

Hopefully someone has a solution to this painful way of drawing???
