Morning all,

In a drawing view, I have 2 dimensions that are aligned.  When I move the two of them together so as to keep alignment they just pop back to where they started.  How can I get them to stay where I put them?  Also, How do I break leader lines so that I can create space for arrow heads that are intersecting?  Basically, I am trying to cleanup the drawing and want to create breaks.
