The video should be self explanatory.  I was just playing with the Move Face command to see how it works and I tried the simplest thing I could based on a youtube video, and it doesn't work.

And no there are no problems with the file. What am I missing here? Or is this another regressive bug.  This was done with 2019 SP4. IGS file attached.
