I'm investigating changes to a product that has a piston motor installed inside. When activated, the motor vibrates the entire assembly. Currently, the motor sits on small rubber inserts before touching the frame. The end goal is to try testing different mounting methods to see which dampens the motor's impact on vibrating the entire assembly. I have access to Simulation Premium, but I have no idea how to set this particular study up, since it is not about finding resonant frequencies. Are there any tips or advice from anyone else who has dealt with this? Thanks!
